Hospitality Partnership with Cipriani Group
In September 2023, Optimum Asset Management and the Swiss-based investment advisor Crédit des Alpes entered into a strategic partnership with hotel and restaurant group Cipriani. The partnership will acquire, develop and bring to market new Cipriani branded luxury properties, specifically Casa Cipriani and Cipriani Residences, in popular locations worldwide. Optimum, supported by Crédit des Alpes, will be the exclusive investment source for new Cipriani branded properties. Cipriani will also co-invest in each new project through tailored Optimum-sponsored investment vehicles. The partnership will provide Cipriani with funding to expand its global footprint of luxury hospitality properties while providing Optimum and its investors exclusive opportunities to invest in Cipriani’s unique brand of luxury hospitality assets.
Optimum Evolution Fund SIF
Fully regulated Luxembourg-based Fund focused on residential property in Berlin. The objective of the Fund was to provide medium to long term capital appreciation as well as some distributions during the life of the investment. The portfolio ramp-up phase was completed in 2011 and, after three years of optimisation, it was sold to a prominent European institutional investor. The portfolio was made up of 931 units, predominantly located in prime areas of the central part of Berlin.

This is our second fully regulated Luxembourg-based Fund focused on residential and commercial properties in Berlin. In line with Optimum Evolution Fund SIF – Property I, the objective of the Fund is to provide medium to long term capital appreciation as well as some distributions during the life of the investment.

In line with Optimum Evolution Fund SIF – Property I and Property II, the objective of the Fund is to provide medium to long term capital appreciation as well as some distributions during the life of the investment.
Optimum German Real Estate Fund IV SCA SICAV RAIF
This is our fourth fully regulated Luxembourg-based Fund focused on well-located residential, office and mixed-use assets near major infrastructure and employment centres. The primary target cities are the high growth, supply constrained Berlin market, augmented by Dresden, Hamburg, Leipzig, Cologne and Düsseldorf. In line with Optimum Evolution Fund SIF – Property I, Property II and Property III the objective of the Fund is to provide medium to long term capital appreciation as well as some distributions during the life of the investment.

First fully regulated Luxembourg-based Fund, USA Property I is a Real Estate Investment Instrument. The strategy is to acquire and enhance a diversified portfolio of residential and commercial properties (primarily entire buildings and holdings in real estate companies) in the metropolitan areas of New York, Miami, San Francisco and Los Angeles. The Fund focuses on the US real estate market by “cherry picking” properties that are deemed undervalued, offering yield improvement opportunities, as well as significant capital appreciation potential. Investments are locally monitored via our dedicated and controlled company Optimum Asset Management USA, LLC, with offices in Miami and New York.

Fully regulated Luxembourg-based Fund, USA II is a Real Estate Investment Instrument. The strategy is to acquire and enhance a diversified portfolio of residential and commercial properties, properties, together with deal driven investment opportunities (i.e. Life Science, condo, hospitality) in the metropolitan areas of New York, Miami, Boston, Philadelphia, Los Angeles and San Francisco. The Fund focuses on the US real estate market by “cherry picking” properties that are deemed undervalued, offering yield improvement opportunities, as well as significant capital appreciation potential. Investments are locally monitored via our dedicated and controlled company Optimum Asset Management USA, LLC, with offices in Miami and New York.
Optimum Evolution Fund SIF
The fully regulated Luxembourg based multi-asset Fund invests in other Funds dedicated to equities and government bonds with a dynamic mix allocated on the basis of market dynamics and risk appetite. This provides a greater degree of diversification than investing in a single asset class. Investments are spread over a broad range of strategies, styles, sectors and regions that can help cushion the occasional shocks that come with investing in a single asset class; it enhances the potential for investing in the best-performing asset class and reduce the impact of the worst-performing asset class; it provides a lower-risk investment than a pure equity fund, but with greater prospects for growth than a pure bond fund.
